  • Drinks a cup of coffee to boost mood
  • Listening to my favorite music
  • Believe in myself
  • Watch some funny videos
  • Do all my tasks

THURSDAY
  • Treat myself with some good food
  • Make some videos
  • Do research for video materials
  • Have a good workout session
  • Do my thesis
  • Stay focused on my “To-do-lists”.
  • Meet my special people



FRIDAY
  • Don’t miss a pray.
  • Eat at least a fruit
  • Have a meeting with my organization
  • Playing video games
  • Practicing my talents
  • Rest properly
  • Help others who need


SATURDAY
  • Wake up early.
  • Listening to new good music
  • Play basketball
  • Read a book
  • Do at least 50 push ups
  • Eat healthy
  • Watch some movie


SUNDAY
  • Write a poem
  • Saves some of my money
  • Clean my house
  • Do workout
  • Reviewing my weeks
  • Make a to-do-lists for next week
  • Have a good and proper rest
